Slutty Brownies

If you have read this blog for a while you will know I never post recipes. Food, yes. Recipes, no. This is due to my ridiculous dislike of cooking but insane appetite for anything edible. But when I saw this recipe on The LondonerΒ I knew I had to try it one day.

The Slutty Brownie is a three-layered creation comprising cookie dough, Oreos and brownie mix. It is so named because of it’s filthy good characteristics. And it’s so easy.

You will need:

First preheat the oven to 180 degrees and prepΒ the cookie dough as per instructions on the packet. Then smoosh the dough into a lined tray.

Now cover the cookie dough with the double stuffed Oreos in neat little rows.

Next prep the brownie mix and cover the Oreos.

Then bake for 30 minutes. The wafting smell will knock your socks off.

Must be consumed with a tall glass of milk. And followed by a diet of celery sticks and aerobics classes.
