I love ombre nails. Simply add white to any colour (I used red) and voila! I think I’ll do purple next. Inspiration:

Wow, I seriously never thought of adding white to a polish – that is such a good idea!
I have always tried to line up five different polishes of the same colour from dark to light.

I imagine you could try using paint sample cards (from the hardware shop) to match your colours? To make sure you’re adding just enough white to get the gradational change.
What a good idea, though. I’m tempted to try it!
