The hardware store is a veritable jewellery goldmine. Obviously.
$1 – $2 each. They remind me of part of the Egyptian exhibition at The Met in NYC;
The Egyptians were definitely the chicest of the ancient civilisations.

hey, do you know what these are called? where abouts in the store would i find them?
Hi Margaret, they are called ‘copper couplings’ and are found in the plumbling section of the hardware store. Good luck x
how do you get them not to tarnish or turn green from the copper???
I haven’t figured that bit out! I just wear them sparingly. Thankfully they are cheap enough to just replace when they start to look really bad.
